2018 Hello mi gente bonita. Ignores hoy are
having a wonderful week.
This was a good week for us though not a lot
of exciting things to touch on. This past week we stopped seeing about our
people who aren't willing to process and keep commitments. So that freed a lot
of our time up to do look ups and go tracting. Eventually we will find those
who have been prepared and are ready to accept the restored gospel.
We had a couple of fun things happen this
week, hence the subject line.
First, I learned how to make pupusas! So
delicious and easy and yet more
complicated to make than I thought they would be. It's truly an art
Second, we were eating tacos with some
investigators. I was on my 3rd taco and they were delicious. I gave a
compliment on the food like usual and then asked what kind of meat it was. That
was my mistake. She told me it's lengua. Which for those of you that do this
speak Spanish, means tongue. I ate tongue and until I knew what it was I actually
liked it!
A miracle this week: We have had a less
active that we have been trying to see for 2 months but she will never let us
come see her. This week she called us and said she wanted us over. We were able
to finally go visit her and it went really great. She even gave us a name of
someone to visit.
