I hope you are all having a wonderful week!

I'm really short on time since we went to the temple today which is so amazing! I always love going to the temple and we can't go as often as I would like as a missionary but that's okay I'm grateful that I get to go at all! I have especially come to love the Manhattan temple because you are right smack in the middle of New York City in one of the busiest areas of Manhattan and yet when you go into the temple it's peaceful and quiet. But then coming out you feel like you get hit with a bus because of all the noise and bustle. It's a good example to me of being in the world but not of the world!

But I really do have like zero time so I'll just share a miracle and pictures 

Miracle this week: we received a member referral this past week and last Wednesday we were able to have a lesson with her. At first she was a little apprehensive and defensive. She had lots of questions about our beliefs. Why we don't drink alcohol or coffee, can men have more than one wife, etc? We answered her questions simply and by the spirt. Then she softened a little bit and wanted to know our other beliefs. Who do we think Christ is, why do we need the book of Mormon if we have the Bible, how can the gospel help her two children etc. We also answered those questions simply and by the spirit and she told us she was shocked at how similar our beliefs are to her own. She thought Mormons were super weird and that her friend and referring members was the only Mormon who wasn't. As we talked her whole mind set changed and by the end she not only wanted us to come back but she wanted us to come back and teach her kids too so that they can learn about God! I love the gospel and the ability it has to change lives even in just an hour!

We went to the aquarium last P- day with the English sisters in our ward. It was fun but not worth all the money we had to pay.

Yesterday our schedule was crazy we left the house at 10, we stopped for a quick lunch at 11:30 but then had back to cackle citas all day long and didn't have time to eat dinner until after we came home at 9:30 so we decided to make pancakes because we were almost closer to breakfast than we were to dinner.
