There isn't a ton that
happened this week. Mostly it was just preparing Rachalle and JC to be
baptized! And this Saturday we had the opportunity to watch Rachalle and JC
enter the waters of baptism and it was so awesome. They are both so prepared
and excited to be members of the church. It was so special when we were going
over the interview questions we were talking to Rachalle about an experience
she's had with prayer and she bore the sweetest testimony of how she pours out
her soul when she prays and that she can feel "warm inside" every
time she prays and that now she can't go to sleep at night of she doesn't pray.
(at the beginning of our lessons she wouldn't even pray with us at the end of
the lesson) It has been an emotional Rollercoaster trying to help and teach
them but it also has been so amazing and such a joy to watch both of their
testimonies grow in the last few months and I'm so excited for them to continue
to grow their testimonies for the rest of their lives. "The gospel is
true! I know it! I live it! I love it!"
Also, miracle this
week!JC and Rachalle's very less active father came to church this Sunday to
see them be confirmed. This is the first time he has come in years! He only
stayed for sacrament meeting but it is such huge progress! I have so much hope
for that family!
Sorry there's not a
lot to say this week, but here's lots of pictures to make up for it.
Love,
Hermana Dobson
