Trio life with Sasha |
Hola familia
This week has been
really awesome! We saw some cool miracles!
I went on an exchange
with Sister Combe that was super fun! They were asked to visit a member that is
in a psyche hospital and we went there and it was super weird but really
interesting and fun! Then we knocked doors for days but we had a blast! Overall I learned alot and had a great time.
Also on Tuesday we had a cool experience. There is a girl in our ward named Sasha and she leaves on her mission to Perú in September. So we got permission to take her out with us all day. So from 8:30 in the morning until 8:30 at night we were in a trio! It was kinda strange but I liked it a lot. Sasha is so excited and will make a great missionary!
Miracle this week! On Friday during our dinner break we got a text from the Elders in the Bronx with a referral for a women that they had met on the train named Yaislania! So after dinner we went and looked her up! Turns out she lives literally a 3 minute walk from the church! So we talked to her for about 2 minutes and she agreed to come to church with us on Sunday. So Sunday we go and pick her up before church and she stayed all 3 hours and loved it! In relief society she even bore her testimony about God's love and that she know God loves her because he sent the two elders to her on the train and then later us at her door. She is super excited to learn more and wants to come to church again. I know that Heavenly father does love her and all of us. Which is why he sent missionaries to her.
