Hola familia
This week has been
good! We've had a lot of time to find which is good and logs of fun
adventures.
We were out tracting
and it suddenly just started to poor. We ran back to the car to get an umbrella
but by that time it was too late. We were soaked! It seriously looked like we
took a shower with our clothes on. After we were soaked no one really wanted to
talk to us. But it was so fun. We were laughing the entire run back to the car
and for the rest of the day.
I went on a split with
Sister Combe this week. She's from draper Utah and came out with me. We had a
really great day. We visited one of the people the teach and her love is so
incredibly hard right now which is why she is looking for God. But seriously
almost 100% of her trials will go away once her and her family members start
living the Commandments. It was just such a huge reconfirmation of what
President Nelson told the mission back in September; "if you want to be
happy, keep the Commandments. If you want to be miserable, Don't!" it
really is so true. I'm so grateful for the Commandments because by obeying them
we are kept safe and we can be happy.
